Daily Maintenance
- Component Inspection

- Burner: Use an endoscope to check it every week. Dismantle the fuel injection nozzle or spray head, clean the carbon deposits with a copper wire brush and high – temperature cleaning agent, measure the belt tension of the fan, and measure the motor temperature with an infrared thermometer.

- Heat Exchanger: Check for dirt with an endoscope. For light dirt, blow it away with compressed air at [X] MPa. For heavy dirt, find a professional company for chemical cleaning or flush it with a high – pressure water gun at [X] – [X] MPa.

- Water Level Gauge: Close the steam – water valves, drain the water completely, rinse the glass tube with clean water, and check the connecting pipes with an ultrasonic leak detector.
- System Inspection

- Fuel Supply System: Check the joints of oil pipes and gas pipes with soapy water every week and replace the filter elements with a lot of impurities.

- Water Supply System: Use professional instruments to measure the pressure and flow rate of the water pump, adjust according to the design parameters, and measure and treat the water quality with an analyzer.
- Ventilation Inspection: Clean the ventilation outlets every month, measure the wind speed with an anemometer, and check the ventilation ducts.
Upkeep Work

- Chemical Upkeep: Add anti – scaling agents and corrosion inhibitors with a metering pump every day and regularly measure the concentration of the agents.

- Physical Upkeep: Regularly wipe the exterior of the boiler with a neutral cleaning agent, and clean the operation panel and display screen with a soft brush and a slightly damp cloth.
- Long – term Shutdown Upkeep

- Drying Method: Drain the water, dry it with a small fire for [X] – [X] hours, put in desiccants, and check once every 1 – 2 months.

- Wet Method: Inject alkaline protective liquid, close the inlet and outlet valves, and detect the concentration and pH value once every 1 – 2 months.
