Normal operating boiler equipment must be strengthened or inspected in accordance with regulations, and problems must be dealt with in a timely manner.
1. Inspection of combustion equipment
During the operation of the chain grate boiler, attention should be paid to whether the sound of the mechanical transmission part and the gearbox of the grate is normal, and whether there are any faults in the grate parts. The oil circuit of the grate transmission part should be unobstructed, the bearings of each transmission part should be well lubricated, and the bearing temperature rise is not allowed to exceed 60-70℃.
Check and ensure that the eagle iron is not loose or stuck, the rise and fall of the coal gate and the arc baffle transmission are not faulty; check whether there are broken or detached grate pieces in the middle of the grate; regularly turn the damper handle or transmission sprocket by hand, check whether the air supply door or ash removal device is working normally, and regularly clean up the leaked coal and ash to prevent the grate from being lifted.
Regularly check the coal loading equipment and slag removal equipment to ensure that lubrication is in place and deal with problems in a timely manner.
2. Inspection of furnace wall, economizer and furnace door
Frequently check whether there is air leakage in the refractory brick wall of the furnace and flue, furnace door, fire hole, ash door and pipe end of economizer. If air leakage is found, the joints should be repaired in time.
3. Inspection of insulation layer
The insulation layer may fall off after a long time of use, which will increase the heat dissipation, lose heat and increase the temperature of the boiler room, which may sometimes burn people. Therefore, if the insulation layer falls off, it must be handled in time.
4. There are packing seals at valves, water pumps, oil pumps, valve stems and stuffing boxes. These parts should be checked frequently and problems should be handled in time.
5. Inspection of safety accessories
Frequently check the water level gauge, pressure gauge and safety valve by hand for regular lifting and lowering tests to prevent rust and jamming. Once the safety accessories are damaged, they must be repaired or replaced immediately.
6. Maintenance of blast and induced draft fans and rotating equipment
The blast and induced draft fans should be kept clean. The bearing temperature should not exceed 40℃ during operation. The normal oil level in the bearing box should be maintained at 2/3 of the height of the bearing shell. If the oil is insufficient, clean and qualified new oil should be added in time. Check whether the anchor bolts are loose and whether the equipment is running normally. If any problems are found, deal with them in time.
7. Maintenance of dust collector
The dust accumulated in the dust collector should be cleaned regularly, the tightness of the dust collector should be maintained, and the leakage points should be removed in time to avoid damaging the efficiency of the dust collector, or even affecting the normal operation of the dust collector.
8. Check the water treatment equipment regularly and supervise the operation of the water quality
Once the water quality is unqualified, the cause should be found immediately, and the failed ions should be replaced immediately. When replacing, the internal anti-corrosion treatment must be carried out to avoid the replacement ions from being poisoned and failing.
